> Hello, I live in an apartment block located at 272 Barbadoes Street. I’ve attached a photo of the bins which were not collected. You will see these are overflowing. Since this is an apartment I have no control over the bin being full. We need bigger bins here. There are 35 apartments and not near enough bins. How can I resolve this issue.
