> The gutters down Richmon Hill Rd. were clogged espesially outside of 83 due to these road signs being left in the gutter and gathering all the gavel, dirt, and leaves that was flowing down the road. This has caused damage to the road at the bottom of our path, washing away some of the road and causing a hole.
