> Hi, this car was parked over the fire hydrant by Parks Towing yesterday. This car would have been towed because they were in the bus lane on Papanui road. And now Parks towing have plonked over the fire hydrant. If our house catches fire today then it will burn to the ground…not very smart from Parks Towing.
