> The gutters and stormwater drains in our area are shamefully neglected.No wonder the surface flooding is severe as our area is forgotten.This should be cleared on a regular rotation.The last pic is at 408 Pine Ave.The owner has blocked drain so they can drive onto property.Why isn't this cleared as the flooding is a joke when it rains.Come on CCC do what is required.Thats why we pay our Rates! Keep our gutters and Stormwater drains CLEAR.
