> Growing flax such as shown creates potential trip hazards for pedestrians unless kept trimmed. I witnessed an elderly person trip and fall on these flax in Bluestone Drive, know of one other person who has fallen and have stumbled on the myself. How you might ask? The foot furtherest from the flax leaf stands on h the leaf while trapping it while the closer foot is the caught. I suggest the growing of such plants near pedestrian walkways should be reviewed before a serious injury takes place.
