> Lime scooters and electric bikes going too fast in Hagley Park. E bike passed us at over 30km/hr and a minute later a lime scooter with dad and son on knocked a todler over. Please add speed bumps, speed limit signs or something to get electric vehicles off the pedastrian & push bike path!
