> Swale outside our property is backfilling from the stream across the road. Culvert at dead end of Ferdinand drive is blocked AGAIN. This seems to be a regular occurence. The stream at the entrance of Delamain subdivision has been overflowing into the road for the past few weeks. The swale outside our house is filling rather quickly despite no rainfall.
