> the lid of this water hole on side of footpath has been broken for ages. it's extremely unstable and has caused multiple injuries. I have asked for this to be fixed before and it hasn't been. there is a giant come on it at the moment to stop people from falling in. last time the fixed the valve in the ground but it is the broken lid that is the problem
