> Terrace car park was advertised as first hour free. Arrived 1127 left at 1222 was charged $4.60 including surchage and this was not detailed on signage. First hour signange was $2. This is outrageous as hundreda of people will be overcharged today. Please provide a complete review and explanation for this overcharge.
