> When I went to retrieve our bins I noticed that one of the rubbish bags from our bin on the road, with its contents run into the road from the truck and other cars driving over it. That bag unfortunately contained our dogs feces. Our bin also now has something gross scraped on the lid. Now our bin was only half full, so the only way that bag could have come out is when it was getting emptied into the truck. I can’t see why someone did not pick it up, and instead left it to be run over again and again. Now I have to go out there and clean this disgusting mess.
