> Please we desperately need the street sweeper to clear leaves from gutters, drains before heavy rain & off yellow lines. Rugby park staff & users keep dangerously parking right up to Malvern /Gosset corner, claiming they can’t see the yellow lines because of the leaves. This is a bad excuse, since they park there year round. Lots of Kids crossing the road at that corner for school, can’t see traffic coming because they these repeat parking offenders. Thanks :)
