> Council contractors have cut the grass outside the reserve at 546 Madras Street which is an improvement but they have left some piles of cut grass and flax on a neighbouring property. I don’t think that the Council should be dumping its waste onto private property personally. Why has this happened? Can you please arrange for removal? Please note that the rubbish bags are a separate issue - these appear to have been dumped by a third party and my neighbour said that they have been reported to Council and the landowner has been asked to remove them. Thanks
