> Attention needed to maintenance of trees/shrubs on council land outside 47 Wairakei Road and on corner of Chislehurst Place. 1: Corner shrubs/plants need trimming back from footpath and where it’s concealing the house numberplate (47) by the letterbox on Wairakei Road 2: large tree on the berm needs a big trim. It is causing hazardous cracks on the footpath and has grown to a point where it interferes with the sky dish signal ( as advised by the Sky technician) 3: the shrubs planted by the small gate entrance at No 47 (on council owned land) on Chislehurst Place are partially dead/dying and need replacing
