> hello, this is our neighbors house and they have a leak which is wasting ALOT of water. we have spoken to them as we have had a fence put up and the builder said the holes were filling up with water super fast. The neighbors said it can't be fixed. it is now becoming our problem with our land becoming wet as well. please let me know if its not something you can do anything about or not and whom I should contact if its not something you deL with.
