> the location is in the reserve AST the end of Juniper Place Burnside. It is behind Roydvale school and backs onto the preschool on Sir William Pickering Drive. I did a report on this back in January. The situation hasn’t improved. I reckon there must be 1000’s of cigarette butts in the bark and in the grass along the walkway. There is a rubbish bin in the reserve only 80 meters from where they smoke. Can a sign please be put up to stop this dumping of rubbish in this reserve.
