> This person chose to park their car across the footpath and cycle path to visit the Edgeware super liquor store during peak travel times. The picture was taken at 5:20pm, I waited there for at least 5mins and nothing changed. A resident nearby who was working in her garden said it's a regular occurrence - which I can confirm - she alerted the person to not park there when he/she did but was ignored. This behaviour puts pedestrians and cyclists into unnecessary danger, especially at peak travel times.. not sure if anything can be done as people who are this ignorant are unlikely to change but wanted to report anyways. Thank you for your time.
