> The footpath has been fully fenced off pushing people to walk, scoot and ride through the gardens gutters, and in the road. Have watch some dicey moves with people scooting into traffic and run across the road dodging cars. Rain garden on the riverside of the road is going to be trashed. Major hassle for people with disabilities. Seems like an accident waiting to happen, could soneobe take a look at the pedestrian/traffic management plan? I would have thought they could leave at least a 1.5m bit of sidewalk open?
