> UNCONTROLLED PARKING: Huanui Lane, has become a free for all parking. It is a shared lane, but cars are parking wherever they choose. In the lane between Hereford and Worcester Streets there were 25 cars parked where there are 8 official car parks. The driving is erratic, and the lane becomes unsafe to navigate. This free parking in this section alone could conservatively cost the CCC $50k in missed revenue. Yet they wish to cancel the Mobile Library service.
