> Drains along this section of sparks road are inadequate and do not drain. There are no large drains to drain storm water. The rain water has nowhere to go and cannot get over the road into the drainage ditch and paddocks. This causes flooding over the footpath and threatens property every time it rains. The rain event we have had over the weekend and this long standing problem led to houses being flooded and extensive damage along the street. Please can drainage be installed to allow rain water to flow into the drainage ditch on the other side of the road before we have another flood.
