> a tent with items in (sleeping bag, clothes and other rubbish) has been abandoned. it has been pitched there for a couple of months now and is obviously not being used. it is located under a tree/bush at the base of the dunes (land side) just to the south of the beach entrance level with Neptune place. could you please arrange for someone to come and clear it.
