> For CTOC (or it's replacement) Supposed "Shoulder Closure" outside Clearwater Construction site has been pushed into live lane (no advance warning) and used as temporary footpath. No lateral safety zone to traffic, no fences/barriers/come bars and diggers unloading into trucks right next to pedestrians. I am not expecting CCC to do anything about this unsafe and non-compliance temporary traffic management - this is to document Council's ongoing failure to manage TTM at this site...
