> Traffic light at corner of Annex Rd and Wigram Rd and Birmingham Drive stays red to Annex road cars. Sat there 2-1/2 minutes and it never changed and there was virtually no traffic. I think it may be stuck or need adjustment as it is new. Don't know who to contact so please forward to the correct department or agency. Thanks, Rick Holcomb
