Opawa, Christchurch · filed 5 August 2016 · report 162126
https://www.chch.live/report/162126

> Plant prunings have been dumped on the berm outside 44 Hawford Road, Opawa. These appear to be prunings from when the property owner of 50 Hawford Road pruned the bushes on the berm outside his property. This is an ongoing problem that occurs whenever he prunes those bushes, although the actual dumping has not been witnessed. Could you please collect and dispose of the prunings.
