> This walking track from Governors Bay Rd to Cass Bay was sealed with gravel and clay about 18 months ago. it is under trees. These is significant leaf build up and rot over two autumn periods. The leaves are now completely covering the track. it is slippery almost to the point of being impassible. Incredibly inept workmanship. this needs urgent fixing and ongoing monitoring. Fix should be at cost of incompetent contractor.
