> Weeding around our Toby box (black one for 48 Wellington st)and lifted the lid to find it full of water. (It’s usually dry) Scooped out some of the water to find it is leaking a steady stream of water out of the tap. Hard to see on the photo but you can just make it out at the bottom of the tap.
