> There are exposed elecrtical cords and pipes in a ditch near a local park. The ground and dirt has been washed away more by recent rain and had now exposed these wires. It is on the corner of Titirangi Cresent and Putake Drive, Tumara Park, Parklands, christchurch. On the south corner (furtherest away from Rothesay Road). This is concerning as many children play around here.
