> Owles Terrace was re-paved months ago, but the excess chip fill was never swept up. The whole road is full of loose chip. I’ve had a chip in my windshield because if it, and it bangs up the undercarriage of the car. This is also a route that a lot of cyclists take, and it’s impossible to cycle safely in all that loose chip. This forces a lot of cyclists into the road, which is unsafe considering the intersections and blind corner on Owles Terrace. Can you please send a roading crew to actually finish the job properly?
