> DRIVING ON FOOTPATH: This car was caught blatantly driving on the footpath between Cashel and Hereford Streets parallel to Rauora Park and immediately next to Liverpool Terrace apartments. This behaviour is common and a risk to residents and the public. We have asked the council to move the concrete barriers back into position to deter behaviour but this is not being addressed. This will be raised with the Police also. It is a white BMW rego GSE757.
