> Martin ave Beckenham. North East section of Martin ave footpath is particularly slippery at the moment. This morning another child skidded into the gutter, 2 had accidents last week. my daughter had a nasty fall hitting her head last week. The footpath doesn't get any sun at this time of year and the build up of moss over the years is making it worse and more dangerous every winter. Can it be treated/waterblasted to remove the hazard before someone is seriously hurt
