> After rubbish day, there can be quite a bit of rubbish spilt on the street simply from the dumping process. It would be helpful if the council would 1) advise people to put their rubbish, especially soft plastics, into bags before binning, and 2) install some kind shields on trucks to block wind from blowing rubbish on windy days.
