> Polystyrene bins overflowing and with gale force winds forecast today this will again be blown around the area and get into the waterways. Was like this over the weekend so it's not just a today problem and needs to be contained. Smiths city distribution warehouse. Their are multiple bins to be contained. Looks like Waste Management company does pickup. Are they needed to be done everyday?
