> At 6.01pm tonight 8th July my dog was barking so I looked outside to see a white 4WD parked the wrong way on the street and a man putting a container back in his boot, unfortunately I didn't get a photo of that but as I got out the front of my house he was about to take off so quickly took a photo. Unfortunately the photo doesn't show the rego but I went straight inside and wrote it down. I then went to check it out and he's disposed some liquid in the garden which has gone into the gutter and is trickling down the drain. I can't smell anything strong but I've had the week off sick with sore throat and blocked nose so this maybe why. I wish to remain anonymous but advised the outcome of this. My cellphone is 0274992855. His rego is JKG127
