> Repeatedly observed that contractors are parking on the road, bike lane and footpath at 160 Hills Road. Repeated attempts to raise this as an issue with the developer have been unsuccessful. This is a serious risk to pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. This requires urgent attention. I have personally witnessed two near miss collisons.
