> I would appreciate the shrubs on my northern boundary being chopped right back please. They are above the fenceline and blocking my sun and views. I have done a bit over the years but with no tiw bar or trailer I am limited. Also I am a Senior Citizen and don't have strength or suitable tools for such a big thinning and cut back.
