> Grey milky discharge from pipe coming from christchuch Botanical gardens into the avon River. 21/7/21. Park gardeners advised it was drainage from a shallow pond contaminated with silt and bird poo. No treatment. Probably high in nutrients, fine sediments,ecoli.
