> The site is not being built on at present. Even if it were these are a hazard abd should have lights and cones. These are a trip hazard and should be removed. I am aware that this hazard appears to fall into a crack and be no department's responsibility. That is not good enough. Remove please until building commences and then ensure highlighted so pedestrians don't trip.
