> 1st Photo taken on Tuesday 20 July. Waterway still cloudy today. I have reported to CCC that waterway has been polluted twice previously (April 2019 and April 2020). 2nd photo shows April 2020. Apparently in April 2019 they located the cause , a Swimming pool contractor emptying dirty water into stream. In April 2020 they didn't investigate.
