> Someone has filled our green waste bin to overflowing while it was left out overnight for collection. I’ve had to move the overflow into our red bin to allow the green bin to close. The green bin only had a few things in it last night when I put it out at 7pm. I wonder if anyone else in the area has experienced this also?
