> Lack of lighting on gaol path and steps. There used to be a street light in the corner of the rose garden above the path but when this was changed and a short set of steps and two level sections of path put in the light was removed. At night there is no lighting to this dark public pathway. And to make it worse the adjacent school has lots of lights installed which make it very difficult to see the path and steps as the school lights shine into pedestrians faces but not on the path , shadowed by the concrete wall. During the day it is fine. Also we get graffiti on these historic walls which had not occurred before. I’m happy to discuss this further. Regards Greg Bowater
