> Water is leaching up from under the ground below my drive way and has been doing at all day every day for the last week or so. My drive is fully sealed so I'm assuming the ground underneath must be sopping. From what I can see on my LIM report, the water mains pipe for north side of the street runs directly across my drive where the leak appears to be.
