> Drainage across footpath on cycle way under Preston Rd overpass. Drains across footpath then freezes to black ice across path in frost. Have already reported this. Nothing done. Last incident came off my bike on ice and was injured. Needs edge dug out so water does not cross path from above. Ric Watson.
