> SAFETY HAZARD. Large patch of uneven asphalt raised approx 50mm above road surface in cycle lane causing an obstacle. Cyclists go around this obstacle (rather than over it) and into a live traffic lane which has caused a cyclist to nearly hit a car. Seems like a small thing but this hazard could cause death and should be dealt with urgently.
