> The road side drain is flowing uncontrolabloy through our fenceline into our property as shown in in the photos. This is causing damage to fences and pasture, eroding soil and limiting our land use in the area (hoping to plant fruit trees this winter). The drain and roadside verge from our property down to the bridge clearly needs remediating to ensure that stormwater can drain property and isn’t left to flow uncontrollably across our property.
