> Just wondering if this equipment/materials/vehicles are permitted to be encroaching onto Bradford Park? Have mentioned to council previously and was tidied slightly but is now back to a worse state than previously. Area seems to be used as a private storage area and for vehicular access on regular basis. Is this infact private land and permitted?
