> This is the pathway on the north side of Travis Rd, between both entrances to Travis Country Drive. It is a shared cycle/pedestrian path heavily used by high school students at two large schools (Shirley Boys and Avonside Girls). The path has been damaged since the earthquakes. It is very uneven with large hillocks and depressions. This makes the path hazardous all the time but especially after rain when large puddles form and on frosty mornings when these puddles are ice all day. Because it gets no sun in the winter it is always damp and is slippery with lichen and grime.
