> 4m long piece of plastic floated down Jackson creek in the rain and is lodged on the bank here 3/197 milton street. This is only 2 houses away from a culvert that runs under milton street and the culvert is very small so this would easily block it up and dam up Jacksons creek. It was from the new houses being built at 10 Browning Street as I saw it there. They need to ensure items from building the 14 town houses do not blow into the creek in winds as they wikl block the culvert under milton st which is only 4 houses away from the 14 houses they are building
