> There is major roadworks happening now on Eastern Tce, Beckenham at present. It would be a logical and cheaper time to alleviate the flooding that occurs outside 15-35 Eastern Tce every time there is 20mm or more of rain. I understand that at the current works are water mains installation but all the required equipment and experience is on hand at present. Interested in your thoughts on this matter
