> City Care truck parked in bike lane. Could have parked further to the left and left a bit of space so cyclists could try to merge with 50 k/h traffic. Truck unoccupied. Last Friday afternoon. Other City Care truck waiting occupied on other side of the road. No cones, no signs leading up to truck. No traffic management in place. Do contractors need more information about how to use cycle lanes? What are the traffic management requirements for temporary work (though I believe this truck was just parked lazily) in a bike lane. Number plate FWH273
