> The whole turning lane seal is breaking up, and the whole lane needs resealing properly. We have had reports from residents, including cyclists, some of whom have come off their bikes because of this dangerous condition of the patched seal. No point patching lightly as it’s a very busy turning lane, so need completely resealing not temporary patching as has been done in the past.
