> Re: Temporary Traffic Management Cycle lane blocked at construction site with no advance warning. Despite reporting same thing occurring last week, and 3 or 4 earlier reports, this unsafe standard of TTM is still regularly occurring at this site! Is CCC going to meet it's obligations under COPTTM or don't they care about the safety of cyclists???
